Freshly Made Sketches #188 by Karren

A card for Freshly Made Sketches 
This is a technique called partial die cutting which I recently saw on Julie Ebersole's blog and have also seen Jennifer McGuire use it 

MFT's Spring Tulips colored with Copics,  YG03, 17,  RV63, 66
Background sponged with Distress Inks, Tumbled Glass, Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon
PTI's Keep It Simple - Sympathy
